Britton Falls by Del Webb is a residential community in the heart of Hamilton County, Indiana, for those 55 years of age and better!  At Britton Falls by Del Webb, we believe in living active, healthy lives during our retirement years.  Homeowners of Britton Falls keep their minds sharp with a wide array of classes, interest groups, and Charter Clubs.  From Spanish class to Water Volleyball, Book Clubs, Golf, and so much more, our homeowners know the importance of being connected with one another and the importance of living active lives.  Our community features a state-of-the-art recreation center, indoor and outdoor pools, a self-serve library, ping pong room, Billiards Room, and 2 arts and crafts rooms.  The Chateau at Britton Falls serves as the center hub of activity for our homeowners and guests. In 2017 we added a second building, nearly 10,000 additional square feet, The Villa, which is dedicated to fitness and large scale events. At Britton Falls we have a full-time Lifestyle Director who brings a wealth of indoor and outdoor recreational activities to the homeowners.
